LinkedIn creates an Audience Engagement API

LinkedIn created an Audience Engagement API. The first partners with access are Amobee, Annalect, Hootsuite, Ogilvy, and Sprinklr. LinkedIn Audience Engagement API helps advertisers to discover new audiences who have high engagement with topics and articles related to the industry. This also helps advertisers to discover new groups that they can engage with for the next marketing campaign.

The companies with access to the LinkedIn Audience Engagement API are participaticing in the LinkedIn Partner Program, in the category of Audience Engagement. When in this category, the LinkedIn partners offer audience discovery, content recommendations, and industry benchmarking.

LinkedIn says the API only provides aggregated insights that do not identify single members. The access to the Linkedin Audience Engagement API is limited to a small subset of partners.
