Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Bing Ads. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Bing Ads features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Aaron Lauper is a Senior Marketing Manager at Microsoft with 10 years of experience in search marketing and audience targeting. His past roles include being a search account manager for fortune 500 companies, a channel partner manager to Yahoo Inc, a product manager for new audience targeting capabilities, and now working on building out new automation tools for advertisers. Aaron has been a frequent speaker at major industry events like SMX and SES conferences. He has an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Jason Draime

Jason Draime is a Technical Account Manager at Microsoft focusing on working with advertisers deep technical implementations across the suite of Bing APIs and UET. Jason has worked across Bing Ads for the last five years supporting every various aspects of the platform and syndicated network. Jason graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in electrical engineering.

Darragh Simm

Darragh Simm is a Senior Account Manager at Bing Ads and has been with Microsoft for over 4 years. During his tenure here, he’s managed both direct customer and agency relationships. Prior to becoming a Softie, Darragh worked for a Seattle based agency called Marchex, focusing his efforts on Google in Canada. He graduated with a marketing degree from Western Washington University where he also played for the DII soccer team and spent a semester ‘studying’ in Perth Australia.
