AdWords Editor received an update on August, 30. The new version 12.5. includes more text in expanded text ads; new description line for Dynamic Search Ads; longer descriptions for call-only ads; new warning for sitelinks with no descriptions.

In call-only ads, the character limit on the description field has been increased to 90 characters.
New custom rule: Sitelinks with no descriptions
A new alert will warn users if they try to add or edit sitelink feed items that don’t have description text associated with them. Google says that sitelink extensions with description text can improve your CTR.
