AppNexus using Anodot to identify business incidents

Anodot last week announced that AppNexus, a Xandr company, is leveraging Anodot’s Autonomous Analytics platform to detect and resolve business incidents in real-time, alerting customer-facing teams of problems that impact customers’ revenue-generating ads.

“AppNexus is a company that proactively addresses issues, regardless of who or what caused them, instead of waiting for a customer call. Anodot is giving us the capability to investigate at a massive scale. Through its Autonomous Analytics Platform, Anodot has been able to quickly detect both large and subtle issues, enabling us to deliver to our customers a high level of service as well as major cost and ROI benefits.”

Ron Lissack, Senior Vice President, Chief Architect, AppNexus

According to Anodot, AppNexus generates 250 terabytes of data each day, including 7 million impression events per second that are processed into analytics data and other data sets that it presents to its customers for usage. Anodot enables AppNexus analysts to track and correlate massive volumes of business and IT data in real-time to identify business incidents and investigate root causes immediately.

Anodot says that uses automated AI and machine learning to help companies all over the world run their business better to achieve more predictable results. Its patented algorithms enable the fastest time to detection and root cause analyses, saving strategic time and energy in determining the scope and source of problems in ways that traditional BI tools and dashboards can’t deliver.

“We’re excited to be partnering with AppNexus to proactively optimize their business and provide exceptional customer experience. Ad Tech companies today are generating millions of key metrics across business and IT operations that must be tracked in real time. Without machine learning to do this in an automated way, such mission critical monitoring and root cause analysis is impossible. We are proud that AppNexus trusts Anodot Autonomous Analytics to stay on track and meet its operational goals.”
