Native ads network Outbrain goes public today

Outbrain will go public today, in the NASDAQ exchange, with the symbol OB.

According to the filings for the IPO, Outbrain was founded in 2006 and its ad technology is used by 7,000 online properties. Since 2006, it has delivered over $3 billion in direct revenue to media partners.

Outbrain says it has generated over 66% of the revenue on mobile platforms in 2020. Last year, Outbrain provided personalized content feeds and ads to approximately 1 billion monthly unique users, delivering on average over 10 billion recommendations per day, with over 20,000 advertisers using Oubrain’s platform.

Oubtrain’s revenue was $767 million last year, with a net income of $4.4 million.
