Deezer Introduces Podcasts in Israel

Deezer this week introduced podcasts to Israel. Podcasts are available in Israel in the podcast tab “Shows.”

According to Deezer, users in Israelis can listen to both local and international podcasts. Deezer has 13 categories ranging from news and politics, business, kids podcasts, sports, education and more.

Deezer says it has also podcasts created exclusively for Deezer, called Deezer Originals.

“I regularly binge on podcasts in the evenings. I wish I could understand Hebrew, as I’d love to enjoy some of the local podcasts that we offer in Israel. Just don’t blame me when you get addicted and can’t stop playing. And we’ll continue adding new podcasts going forward to make sure you will always find something fresh to listen to,” said Alexander Holland, Chief Content and Strategy Officer, Deezer.
