Dentsu announced this month the full acquisition of Amicus Digital, in Australia. Amicus Digital provides Salesforce cloud consulting and technical services in Australia. Amicus has 25 employees, was founded in February, 2015, and is based in Sydney and in Melbourne.
Dentsu says Amicus Digital has a market-leading reputation for expertise across all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud due to its consultative and customer-centric approach, and is a Salesforce Gold Certified Partner in Australia.
According to Dentsu, following the acquisition, Amicus Digital will align with Merkle thereby launching Merkle's Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and adding to Dentsu Aegis Network's scale in Australia. The agency will be rebranded "Amicus Digital, a Merkle Company" upon completion of the acquisition.
