DWA, an award-winning independent media and marketing agency, is pleased to announce that it has hired Roland Deal as President to oversee the Americas region. He will report to CEO, Bob Ray, and will be based in the agency’s San Francisco office, effective immediately.

The business is in good hands with Roland.”
Roland joins DWA from OgilvyOne, where he was Managing Director and oversaw the business’s operations on the US West Coast. Prior to that, Roland served as the General Manager of Client Leadership at gyro. He has over 20 years of experience developing strategic solutions and integrated campaigns for global technology brands that have included VMware, Google, Sandisk, and HP among others.

Roland graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University and holds graduate degrees from Columbia University and University of California, Berkeley.
