EPAM Systems will provide customer care services for Firebase
Google announced two days ago a new third-party subprocessor for Firebase. In addition to Accenture, and Fastly, EPAM Systems is the new third-party subprocessor for Firebase, providing customer and technical support for Firebase.
Google says that EPAM Systems “will provide services which include, but are not limited to, phone and email support; response, diagnosis and resolution services; incident tracking; labeling and transcription; and responding to customer queries. We verify that our service providers have the required technical expertise, and that they maintain our security and privacy standards.”
EPAM Systems, founded in 1993, is headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania, United States.
