Firefox updated today the Firefox Web Browser on the Apple Store. On the version 9.0, Firefox introduced “tracking protection” by default “that is now enabled in private browsing”.

Mozilla says that “Firefox will automatically block third party trackers, which limits ads following users around the internet and increases browsing speed.”

This update follows the introduction of the Intelligent Tracking Prevention on Safari, by Apple, that cause a reaction from Google to prevent loss of attribution on conversions.
