Google today began rolling out 14 more outside services to Connected Apps in Gemini, covering work software from Airtable, Linear, monday.com and Zoho, design and website tools from Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow, and consumer services including Experian credit monitoring and SeatGeek ticketing. The post names partners and a start date. It does not name markets, languages, account types or subscription tiers, the conditions that have decided who could use earlier additions.
In Short
Google is letting 14 more outside apps, such as Airtable, Adobe, Squarespace, Experian and SeatGeek, plug into its Gemini assistant so you can use them from inside a chat. That matters to companies selling rentals, tickets, website builders and design software, because rivals now sit next to each other inside an assistant that carries no ads and chooses its own partners. Where some of these tasks begin is what changes, although Google has not said which countries, account types or paid plans get the new apps.
Fourteen partners in three groups
The post appeared on Google's News from Google site under the byline of Mai Lowe, Group Product Manager for the Gemini App, who also signed the previous batch of 13 partners on August 12. It runs to three short paragraphs and a three-item list. "We are bringing more of your favorite apps directly into Gemini," it opens.
The Productivity group holds six names: Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho. Google ties them to managing projects, organising databases and dictating notes. Several of the six sell mainly to teams rather than to individuals. Linear tracks software development work, PandaDoc handles proposals and contracts, Airtable and monday.com organise shared projects, and Zoho sells a suite of business applications.
The Creativity group has four: Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow, presented as tools for designing visual assets and building websites. Adobe is named as a company rather than through a product, so the post does not say whether the connection runs through Express, Photoshop, Acrobat or something else. Adobe has been building conversational tools of its own, among them an AI assistant in Adobe Express shown on October 28, 2025.
The Lifestyle group also has four: apartments.com for apartment searches, Experian for credit monitoring, Peloton for workout planning and SeatGeek for event tickets.
Add the August list and Google has named 27 outside services in two posts published 42 days apart. No company appears in both.
Two ways in, one setting underneath
Instructions for connecting take one sentence. "To get started, connect your favorite apps in Gemini settings, or simply bring them into your chat by typing @ mention or asking directly," the post states.
Google's help documentation supplies the mechanics. A user can ask Gemini to carry out an action in an app by name, or type @ followed by the app's name; if the app is not yet linked and the account is eligible, Gemini offers to connect it. The settings page lists only the apps available to that account type in that particular Gemini app, and each entry opens a details page setting out supported and unsupported actions with example prompts.
One prerequisite sits under everything. According to Google's help pages, Connected Apps are unavailable on gemini.google.com, on iOS devices and on smart watches whenever a setting called Keep Activity is switched off. On Android, only Device assistance, Phone, Messages and WhatsApp survive. Keep Activity is the new name Google gave in August 2025 to the setting previously called Gemini Apps Activity, and expanded use of that data for model training took effect on September 2, 2025 for users who kept default settings. Anyone who wants Airtable, Experian or SeatGeek inside Gemini on the web or on an iPhone therefore has to leave that retention setting on.
Deletion is not joined up either. Google's privacy hub for Gemini states that disconnecting an app, or deleting data inside it, does not remove anything from Gemini Apps Activity. It also states that apps keep the data Gemini shares with them under their own policies, and that clearing Gemini activity does not delete what a partner has already received. For a list that now includes a credit bureau, that asymmetry matters, and today's post does not mention it.
There is a timing wrinkle as well. Press material distributed alongside the post described the new apps as usable now. The post itself says the rollout begins today, so availability will vary between accounts while it proceeds, much as the August batch was set to arrive over several weeks.
The named list is also not the only route in. Google's help pages state that personal or outside apps can be attached by linking a Model Context Protocol server, which adds a custom entry to the settings page; custom connections of that kind opened when Gemini Spark reached macOS in beta on June 30. Today's post does not say whether any of the 14 partners connect through that protocol.
What the post leaves unstated
Google maintains a separate availability table for Connected Apps, with columns for account type, age, location, language, required subscription and the supported Gemini apps and modes, among them Gemini chat, Gemini Spark and Gemini Live. Today's post fills in none of those fields for any of the 14.
How that table looked in August indicates what constraints have applied so far. It listed 41 connected apps on August 12, and the pattern across them was consistent. Most outside services required a personal Google Account and would not work with a work or school account; the exceptions were GitHub, Google Workspace, Google Classroom and device-level services. Age limits split at 13 and 18, with transactional and identity-linked services in the higher band. Eight entries were restricted to the United States: Contacts, Dropbox, Instacart, Ticketmaster, Viator, Wix, Zillow and Zocdoc. Eleven were English only, Google Ads, Ticketmaster and Wix among them. Ten supported Spark. None displayed a subscription requirement, despite the column reserved for one.
The European question
Exclusions have been a recurring feature for European readers. Spark documentation lists the European Economic Area, Nigeria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom as unavailable markets, even after an expansion to more than 160 additional countries on July 30. The Google Business Profile integration in Gemini is also unavailable across the EEA and the UK. Nothing in today's post indicates whether Airtable, Zoho or Experian follow the same map, and until the table updates, European teams have no document to check.
The agent question
Which of the 14 reach Spark matters more than it first appears. Spark is the mode in which Gemini continues work in the background, and its support pages have required users to be 18 or older, to sign in with a personal account, to hold a Google AI Pro subscription at $19.99 a month or Ultra at $99.99, and to keep Keep Activity on, conditions recorded in July documentation and cited again when the Windows app arrived. In August, Ticketmaster, Wix and Zillow were among the ten apps Spark could use. Whether SeatGeek, Squarespace or apartments.com join them decides whether a person books a ticket or builds a page, or delegates the job to an agent. The post is silent.
A second batch in six weeks
The cadence has been steady since spring. Gemini Spark arrived at Google I/O on May 19 with connections to Canva, OpenTable and Instacart, limited to the United States. On June 30, the macOS beta added Dropbox and Zillow Rentals alongside Google Tasks and Keep. On July 16, the layer left the Gemini app for the first time, as Instacart, Canva and YouTube Music became connectable inside Search through AI Mode, Google's conversational search tab, in US English only. Two weeks later Spark was wired into Chrome auto browse, using saved passwords and logged-in accounts to handle tasks such as apartment viewings and flight bookings. Then came the 13 partners of August 12, including Granola, Otter.ai, Wix, Ticketmaster and Zocdoc, and on September 10 the Gemini app arrived on Windows 10 and 11. Today's post extends that sequence.
Scale explains the pace. Alphabet reported 750 million monthly active users for the Gemini app on February 4, and 950 million in the second quarter, with daily actives tripling year on year. Outside measurement points the same way: Similarweb's June update put Gemini at 27.3 percent of generative AI website traffic, against 8.9 percent twelve months earlier. For a marketplace, that is distribution at a scale few channels match.
Incumbents meet challengers
Six of today's eight creativity and lifestyle partners arrive in a category where a rival was already connected.
Adobe and Picsart join Canva, which has been connected since May. Squarespace and Webflow join Wix, named on August 12. Apartments.com joins Zillow Rentals, added on June 30. SeatGeek joins Ticketmaster, which already appeared in the availability table in August. Only Experian and Peloton arrive without an obvious counterpart on the list.
SeatGeek is not new to Google's agentic surfaces either. Agentic booking for event tickets reached all US Labs users in November 2025, searching Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats together and returning a curated list with links to each. That model aggregates. A connected app does something narrower: it hands a request to one named service.
Which service gets the request is therefore the commercial question. When Connected Apps reached AI Mode, Google's Search help documentation stated that the system may default to the last application a user relied on for a given task, with the user able to switch by naming another. Google has not published equivalent routing rules for the Gemini app. With two rental marketplaces, two ticket sellers and three website builders now connectable, the first connection a user makes in each category may be the one that sticks.
None of those positions is bought. Dan Taylor, Google's vice president of global ads, denied on December 8, 2025 that ads were coming to the Gemini app, and repeated in January that there were no plans for them. A place on the Connected Apps list is allocated by Google, not auctioned, and no bid moves a rival up or down it.
Team software, personal identities
The productivity group creates a different tension. Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc and Zoho are sold largely to organisations, yet the pattern in Google's August table was that outside services required personal Google Accounts. For work and school accounts, Google's help documentation adds that apps can be enabled or disabled only by the account's Workspace administrator.
If the new partners follow that pattern, company data held in Linear or monday.com would reach Gemini through personal identities rather than managed ones. The post does not say whether they do. The risk it would compound is documented: LayerX found that 47.11 percent of enterprise AI conversations run through personal identities, and that 14.39 percent of conversations using a corporate email login were tied to personal licences. The same study found that only 0.16 percent of enterprise users ran AI workflows linked directly to business applications, but that those who did averaged 4.5 such links.
Advertisers have met the account problem before. In August, the Google Ads connected app was restricted to personal accounts, users aged 18 or over, English and Gemini chat. Business Profile management in Gemini opened to multi-location accounts on August 7 while remaining tied to personal Gmail logins, with Workspace support described as in the works and no date attached. Agencies that run client work through Workspace identities have sat outside both. Whether they can use Airtable or monday.com inside Gemini with their working credentials is, as of today, undocumented.
Credit data enters the chat
Experian is the entry with the most sensitive data behind it, and the company has been moving quickly across assistants. On August 20, it opened authenticated access to the 1250 Experian Credit Score inside ChatGPT for UK users, reached by tagging @Experian and completing a secure sign-in, with the score rendered inside an Experian widget and, according to the company, not exposed to the model writing responses. A week later, it put a credit card offers app inside ChatGPT in the United States, naming Credit One Bank as a partner and describing loans and insurance as earlier steps in the same programme.
The Gemini entry gets one clause: monitor credit with Experian. The post does not say which market it covers, whether sign-in happens inside Gemini or on Experian's own site, which figures are displayed, or whether any of them enter the model's context. Experian drew an explicit architectural line in the UK ChatGPT product. Google's post draws none.
That line carries weight for a technical reason. Text returned by a connected service lands in the same context as the user's own request, which is the opening prompt injection exploits when content meant to be read as data is executed as an instruction. Each new connection widens that surface. Google's privacy hub states that Gemini uses data from Connected Apps under the Gemini Apps Privacy Notice, and that for eligible users who opt into personalisation, data from certain Connected Apps also shapes Gemini's behaviour, including in Spark. Which apps fall into that second category is not listed for the new partners.
There is also a commercial dimension. Financial services advertisers were excluded from OpenAI's self-serve ChatGPT advertising test when it opened in May, and regulated categories remained largely absent from observed inventory into August. An app is invoked rather than bought. Experian now holds that kind of position in both ChatGPT and Gemini. Neither Experian nor Google has disclosed commercial terms for the Gemini listing.
Why this matters for marketers
The two leading assistants are handling commerce on the same kind of surface in opposite ways. OpenAI renamed its ChatGPT connectors to apps on December 17, 2025, folded its app directory into a plugin directory on July 9, 2026, and sells advertising beside all of it: ChatGPT advertising went from nothing in February to a $1 billion annualised run rate by the end of August, and on September 16 OpenAI began testing Sponsored Agents, which open a labelled conversation with an advertiser's own bot. Google's assistant app carries no advertising and instead enlarges a partner roster whose terms are private.
Some companies now sit on both sides. Adobe is one of the technology partners routing media budgets into ChatGPT ads and, from today, a connected app in Gemini. Experian runs apps in ChatGPT and is listed in Gemini. The invocation convention, an @ followed by a brand name, is the same in both products. For a brand, that makes the name itself the trigger.
Measurement lags the surface. Google Analytics added an AI assistant channel on May 13, 2026, classifying traffic from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, but a request fulfilled inside a connected app may never produce a site visit to classify. NIQ and Similarweb said on September 2 that they intend to measure shopping inside ChatGPT and Gemini from the fourth quarter of 2026, on the reasoning that agent-mediated transactions do not leave the referral and session records that web analytics assumes. The Windows client adds another blind spot: its desktop activity sits in software that web traffic panels are not built to count.
What would settle most of these questions is a table update. Today's post fixes the partner names and the start of a rollout; the availability documentation will fix who can use them, where, on which account and in which mode. For a European agency running client tools on Workspace logins, the August table suggested an answer. Will the September one change it?

Summary
Who: Google, through a News from Google post by Mai Lowe, Group Product Manager for the Gemini App, naming 14 partners: Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho in productivity; Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow in creativity; apartments.com, Experian, Peloton and SeatGeek in lifestyle.
What: A further set of Connected Apps for Gemini, reachable through Gemini settings, an @ mention or a plain request, covering project management, databases, dictation, design, website building, apartment search, credit monitoring, workout planning and event tickets. The post gives no markets, languages, account types, age limits, subscription tiers or supported modes. Google's help pages make Connected Apps on the web, iOS and smart watches conditional on the Keep Activity setting.
When: Today, September 23, 2026, with the rollout described as beginning on that date. It is the second partner list in 42 days, following 13 partners named on August 12.
Where: Inside the Gemini app on mobile, desktop and the web at gemini.google.com, with availability by country and account type yet to be published. Earlier connected apps skewed towards the United States and English, while Gemini's agent features have excluded the EEA, Nigeria, Switzerland and the UK.
Why: Google is extending an assistant with 950 million monthly active users into tasks that previously began on partner websites or in search results. The list is allocated rather than auctioned in an app that carries no ads, and it now places rivals such as apartments.com and Zillow Rentals, SeatGeek and Ticketmaster, and Squarespace, Webflow and Wix inside the same interface, while measurement tools, account policies and data-handling terms for those connections remain incomplete.
