Google creates a Mobile Speed Scorecard powered by Chrome User Experience Report

This week, at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Google introduced the mobile Speed Scorecard, a tool that allows users to compare the website mobile speed with other websites.

The tool shows results from Speed 12 countries, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States, for 3G connections and 4G connections.

Speed Scorecard is powered by data from Chrome User Experience Report. Google says that at the moment, Chrome User Experience Report has the largest database of real-user latency data.
