Google this week launched a new API designed to streamline administration for Google Marketing Platform users. The new Google Marketing Platform Admin API brings several key capabilities to organizational administrators:
- Seamless Analytics 360 Upgrades/Downgrades: Admins can now easily upgrade or downgrade Google Analytics properties between the standard version and Analytics 360, offering greater flexibility in tailoring analytics solutions.
- Organization Linking: The API simplifies the process of linking Google Analytics accounts to Google Marketing Platform organizations, enhancing data integration between the platforms.
- Enhanced Admin API Integration: Organization details are now included in the Accounts list on the existing Admin API, establishing a robust connection between the Admin API and the new Google Marketing Platform Admin API.
