How to play
Sort the sixteen terms into four groups of four. Select four tiles, then check the group.
Each group sits at a tier from 1 to 4. Tier 1 is the gentlest, Tier 4 the meanest. You find out which tier you hit only once the group is right.
Get three of the four and you'll be told you're one off. You won't be told which one.
Four wrong guesses ends the grid and reveals the answers.
Several terms are placed to look like they belong somewhere else. That's the puzzle, not a bug.

Nobody owns the whole glossary
A single person now answers for money arriving from three directions. Finance asks one question on Monday, a partner team asks a different one by Tuesday, and on Thursday somebody wants a vendor charge explained line by line. Those questions come from groups that rarely share a meeting, and each keeps its own vocabulary for what is often the very event the others are describing. When words fail to travel between them, what reaches the spreadsheet is a guess wearing a number. Fluency is not trivia. It is what lets one answer survive the trip across desks intact, which is the skill at work in deciding which conversation a term belongs to.
