Sixteen terms. Four groups of four. Find the connection.

How to play

Sort the sixteen terms into four groups of four. Select four tiles, then check the group.

Each group sits at a tier from 1 to 4. Tier 1 is the gentlest, Tier 4 the meanest. You find out which tier you hit only once the group is right.

Get three of the four and you'll be told you're one off. You won't be told which one.

Four wrong guesses ends the grid and reveals the answers.

Several terms are placed to look like they belong somewhere else. That's the puzzle, not a bug.

New grid every morning, with the Digest.

Every handoff starts a turf war

Ask two teams which of them produced last quarter's best account and both will raise a hand. One points to the first touch, the other to the signature. In between sits a shared vocabulary that each side quietly defines in its favour: what counts as interest, what counts as qualified, which system gets credit for spotting the buyer first. Whoever holds the definitions holds the budget conversation, so the words are never neutral. Agreeing on them is less glamorous than winning the argument and far more useful. Sorting these is a small exercise in deciding where one team's language ends and the next one's begins.
