Scott Sullivan has joined the Denver-based team as the company’s new Chief Sales Officer, Adswerve today announced. Prior to Adswerve, Sullivan served as Head of Industry, Platforms at Google where he oversaw one of Google’s largest agency holding companies, Publicis.

Sullivan has also worked at Microsoft and MapQuest, and had previously worked with Adswerve CEO Clint Tasset and VP Matt Fiskness at DoubleClick.

“As we grow and expand our team it’s critical that we continue to bring in talent that understands the technical acumen and specialty it takes to be a premier Google partner, as well as the culture of the company,” said Clint Tasset, Chief Executive Officer of Adswerve. “Our company continues to expand the ways in which we are able to solve some of the most complex challenges for leading agencies and the biggest brands in the world. Scott’s industry expertise and experience will continue to elevate our brand as a leading Google Marketing Platform Partner.”

According to Adswerve, when Tasset founded the company in 2009, Adswerve became the first US-based reseller for DoubleClick, which was ultimately acquired by Google. Throughout the years Adswerve continued to provide services as a partner of Google.

“There are very few partners that compete with the comprehensive and robust offering that Adswerve has,” said Sullivan. “Becoming a premier partner to Google is no simple task. Adswerve has proven its dedication to Google Marketing, Analytics and Cloud platforms – making the company a great fit for data-driven marketers, as well as a strong Google partner who has built and sustained a solid reputation. As a member of their executive team I look forward to focusing on growth, driving agency and brand partnerships, and continuing to build additional strategic alliances with Google.”
