Taboola this week announced a new partnership with Postmedia, one of Canada's largest news media organizations. The agreement will see Taboola's suite of products integrated into Postmedia's 15 digital properties, including the National Post, Financial Post, Vancouver Sun, and Toronto Sun.
This partnership marks Taboola's continued expansion into the Canadian market.
Under the terms of the deal, Taboola will provide Postmedia with Taboola Feed, a personalized content recommendation feed, as well as Homepage For You, a AI-powered tool that suggests relevant editorial content to readers. These products are designed to increase audience engagement and drive revenue for Postmedia's digital properties.
“As the landscape for news transforms more rapidly than ever, we’re seeking out technology partners that understand our industry and can help us maintain our position of leadership,” said Duncan Clark, Chief Content Officer at Postmedia. “We’re excited to work with Taboola as part of our ongoing strategy to boost Canadian news, as well as improve audience engagement across our digital properties.”
