Telaria has achieved the TAG Certified Against Fraud Seal, the company announced this month. Telaria added the TAG Certified Against Fraud Seal to its TAG Inventory Quality Guidelines Seal.
The TAG Certified Against Fraud seal helps advertisers navigate the dense digital advertising ecosystem and identify trusted partners. Executing media buys with TAG Certified Against Fraud partners has a material impact on lowering the rate of fraud. An assessment of 6.5 billion display and video impressions by The 614 Group found that advertising transacted through TAG Certified Channels had fraud levels 83 percent lower than the industry average.
Telaria said it has taken a proactive approach to combat fraud in video advertising through its Fraud Fighter program, which evaluates all supply against comprehensive guidelines. The company also has an ongoing partnership with White Ops to prevent invalid traffic from entering the bid process for all buyers transacting on its platform.
“To protect our partners from fraud in digital video advertising we must employ industry-leading methods to eliminate invalid traffic and stay steps ahead of bad actors. Earning the TAG Certified Against Fraud seal is a great example of how we’re making good on our commitment to reduce fraud and instill greater trust with our partners. We hope more companies in our space adopt the necessary requirements to be TAG certified to improve the overall health of the industry.”Katie Evans, Chief Operating Officer at Telaria
