Voxnest has partnered with Deezer to increase the global music streaming platform's catalogue of international podcast content. Users in Colombia and Brazil will now be able to enjoy podcasts on a wide range of popular and niche topics, which will support Deezer's ongoing growth in Latin America.
"We are excited about Voxnest's commitment to grow podcasting as an industry. Thanks to Spreaker's extensive catalogue, Deezer can be a platform of choice for the thousands of talented creators who are trying to reach new listeners with their content."
Chris Baughen, VP of Content and Productions at Deezer
Spreaker, Voxnest's platform for podcast creation, distribution and monetization, brings to Deezer a library of Spanish-language content from creators in Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina and more.
According to Voxnest, the partnership benefits local podcast creators who use Spreaker's solutions for monetization, as the additional distribution via Deezer's network will offer increased audience opportunities. All ads are provided by Spreaker's partners and are placed according to the listener's location and country.
"Latin America, already proven to be one of the most important geographies for recorded audio, is really an untapped opportunity for massive growth. We're confident this partnership will not only build audiences for existing content, it will push the podcast movement forward in the region."
Rob Greenlee, Voxnest VP, Podcaster Relations
