CallTrackingMetrics today announced that is now integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The new CRM integration is available on the CallTrackingMetrics’ Contact Center plan and allows advertisers to:
- Sync their contacts in CallTrackingMetrics with contacts from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 account, and send information between both platforms to build the contact records.
- Connect the CallTrackingMetrics agent to the users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track their activity, relationships, and conversations.
- Trigger events to automatically occur in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on activity in the CallTrackingMetrics account.
- View the call history for Leads and Contacts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 “Activities” panel.
CallTrackingMetrics says that if the sales team engages in phone calls with leads and clients, they’ll be able to view contact record data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 directly within the CTM call log.
