CallTrackingMetrics last month integrated Facebook Messenger. This means that the CallTrackingMetrics Chat can now be connected with Facebook Messenger, so teams can respond to messages from prospects and customers in real-time via Facebook, without leaving CallTrackingMetrics.
CallTrackingMetrics says that the integration works on Facebook Messenger, both for advertising campaigns or as an inbound communication channel. All incoming messages can be viewed and responded from the CTM Activity Log.
Facebook Messenger has an audience reach of over 1.3 billion persons.
