Microsoft Advertising seeing Credit Card payments declined in Europe

Microsoft Advertising this week alerted that is having Credit Card payments in Europe declined due to authentication issues.

According to Microsoft, this is caused by Strong Customer Authentication enforcement in the European Economic Area.

Microsoft recommends to add a different card or complete a manual payment using the 'Make a Payment' option.
