Accenture acquires Shackleton

According to Accenture, Shackleton will become part of Accenture Interactive and will design, build and run brand experiences for clients in Spain, and Latin America.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of a series of moves from Accenture Interactive, including the recent acquisitions of Kolle Rebbe (Germany), Hjaltelin Stahl (Denmark) and Storm Digital (Netherlands), Droga5 (US and UK).
Shackleton was founded in 2004 and has won 35 Cannes Lions. Shackleton employs 160 professionals who will become part of Accenture Interactive.
