Deezer Free is now available on Google Home, with ads

Deezer Free on Google Home is available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the UK and in the US.

Deezer today announced that free users can now play tunes on Google Home, Nest smart speakers and displays. Deezer free comes with audio ads in smart speakers.

With Deezer free, all playlists are in shuffle mode and users can do only six skips per hour.

To listen Deezer for free on Google Home, users need to set up Deezer as their default music service in the Google Home app.

“We want everyone to play their favorite tunes at home, even if they’re not a paying subscriber. So whether you like chill out music or working out to the latest fitness playlists, just ask Google Assistant to play from Deezer!” said Nicolas Pinoteau, Deezer’s Director of Partnership Integration.

Deezer Free on Google Home is available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the UK and in the US.
