Google this month announced it has introduced image badges in image search results. Google says users can identify the type of content on the webpage based on its badge.
According to Google, the badges tell users what kind of content to expect from the webpage that the image is from.
When users search for images on Google, some have badges, like Product for products, Recipe for recipes, and Video for videos.
