Marketo opened its newest office location in Denver, Colorado. This expansion is creating 200 jobs in the Mile High City. Marketo has plans to grow the Denver team to 500 by the end of this year, announced the marketing software company today.
Marketo celebrated the grand opening on Saturday, January 13, with Marketo CEO Steve Lucas and Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper cutting a purple ribbon at the office in Denver City Center.
“We’re ecstatic about our new Denver office, which helps us to meet the needs of Marketo’s valued customers,” said Teresa Grau, senior vice president, Human Resources. “As a top-ranked place to live and the home of a vibrant technology community, Denver has a great source of talent to strengthen Marketo’s already exceptional global workforce.”
Occupying 50,000 square feet on two floors in downtown Denver, the office is Marketo’s fourth U.S. location and 12th worldwide. With employees across Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and many other departments, it serves as the Mountain-Time complement to Marketo’s headquarters in San Mateo, California.
