Sara Kleinberg, Group Marketing Manager, Ads Research, and Insights at Google, published a study, today, about Smart Speakers and Personal Assistants. The study concludes that 72% of people who own a voice-activated speaker say that their devices are often used as part of their daily routine.
Personal assistants are being included in our daily habits like “checking commute times and setting reminders for things to buy later.” 41% of the persons using voice assistants even treat the personal assistants as humans, saying please and thank you.
The study about voice speakers concludes that, from brands, users would like to receive information about deals, sales, and promotions, personalized tips and information to make life easier, information about upcoming events or activities, options to find business information (e.g., store location, hours), access to customer service or support.
