Microsoft Ads this month rolled out the automated integration with Google Tag Manager for all advertisers.
Advertisers can implement Microsoft’s universal event tracking (UET) across their website by sign in to Google and select the Google Tag Manager account and container via Microsoft Advertising online.
According to Microsoft, advertisers need to enable the permissions to update the setup, and Microsoft will set up the UET tag with additional parameters by copying the setup used by existing Google tags (including Product ID and Page Type for Dynamic Remarketing in the Universal Analytics tag).
