Teads says is delaying the IPO due to unsatisfactory equity market conditions as compared to the growth prospects of the company.
Teads is owned by Luxembourg-based telecom company Altice International Sarl.
According to the filling for the IPO, Teads registered $540.3 million in revenue last year.
