Teads this week announced that it has postponed plans for its initial public offering. This filed for an IPO in the beginning of this month.

Teads says is delaying the IPO due to unsatisfactory equity market conditions as compared to the growth prospects of the company.

Teads is owned by Luxembourg-based telecom company Altice International Sarl.

According to the filling for the IPO, Teads registered $540.3 million in revenue last year.
