Outbrain completes Ligatus' acquisition

Outbrain this week announced the completion of the acquisition of Ligatus, one of the biggest European native advertising platforms, currently working with publishers such as RTL, Le Monde, and Stern.

Klaus Ludemann, Ligatus’ CEO, will be joining Outbrain’s executive team as part of the Strategy and Corporate Development Group.
