Clickagy, a 3rd party data provider, today announced the launch of Privacy Clusters, a solution for the coming end of third-party cookies. Privacy Clusters enables advertisers to reach customers based on observed behavioral data in real-time.
According to Clickagy, Privacy Clusters are persistent micro-groupings of approximately 3 to 5 individuals that are mathematically bound together to act as a single, trackable and targetable entity.
Clickagy says Privacy Clusters doesn’t use personally identifiable information (PII), so it is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and COPPA.
