Google to support deals in DV360’s forecasting tool
Advertisers can deduplicate the estimated reach on deals, open auction, and YouTube.
Google today announced that it will include deals in DV360’s forecasting tool. Advertisers can deduplicate the estimated reach on deals, open auction, and YouTube.
Google says the inclusion of deals is particularly helpful for media planners working with brands that want to connect with TV viewers as most connected TV ads are secured via deals.
Google says planners can see the incremental reach that they can get by combining a network CTV deal with YouTube reservation and open auction video ads, for example.
This year, Google launched a new role in DV360 for planners. The planner role enables planners to use the DV360 forecast in order to discover new publishers and inventory.
