The German marketing and customer intelligence platform, Webtrekk, this month is being rebranded as Mapp, after being bought in June, 2019. Webtrekk is headquartered in Berlin, with servers in European Union.

Webtrekk is certified on Google Ad Manager, with a DMP and a DSP. In 2019, Webtrekk had over 400 clients, including FlixBus, Porsche Holding, ING, and MyToys. The buyer Mapp, from the US, has over 2,500 clients, including Xerox, PepsiCo, LG, Qantas, Infinity, and Lloyds Banking Group.

“I am delighted with the successful integration of the Webtrekk platform into the Mapp marketing cloud. The strategic reorientation under one brand umbrella will enable us to better convince customers worldwide of our combined analytics and data management expertise in the cross-channel,” said Michael Diestelberg, VP Product & Marketing at Mapp.

According to Mapp, the rebrand of Webtrekk is part of the global expansion strategy of the company, which is headquartered in San Diego, in the USA.

In January, and February, this year, Mapp is organising business breakfasts about Mapp Intelligence and its digital marketing platform in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt.
