Customer Match enables advertisers to use CRM data from customers, like email addresses and phone numbers, to identify online users browsing the web.

Advertisers upload the data in Ad Platforms, and the Ad Platforms match customer data with online users, creating targetable audiences for advertisers.

With those audiences, advertisers can target the users/customers and serve ads, see insights, and create similar audiences.
