Amazon this month announced the integration of Oracle Data Cloud’s Pre-Bid by Moat Viewability on third-party supply. The pre-bid viewability targeting is supported only on third-party supply, and is not working on Amazon owned-and-operated supply.
The Pre-Bid Viewability from Moat is available in the United States for standard display, mobile app, and video line items. By enabling pre-bid viewability targeting, advertisers can target a viewability tier (20%+, 30%+, 40%+, 50%+, 60%+, 70%+, 80%+).
Amazon says Pre-Bid by Moat Viewability is certified by Media Rating Council.
