Amazon Sponsored Ads this year launched a new feature for advertisers with global accounts: consolidated invoice statements. This feature allows advertisers to download a single report summarizing their billing details across all countries in their account, simplifying the management of their advertising expenses.
Previously, advertisers needed to switch between countries and manually consolidate multiple reports. The new consolidated invoice statement eliminates this need, providing a streamlined and efficient way to access billing information.
Availability:
- Launched January 12, 2024
- Available to Sponsored Ads advertisers in various countries across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
How it works:
- Advertisers can access the feature from the "Billing" page in their advertising console.
- They can choose to download a consolidated statement for all countries in their account ("For all countries") or for a specific country ("For this country").
- The statement can be downloaded from the "Billing history" section by clicking "Download invoice statement (last 90 days)".
- The download offers two options: a single-country report or a global consolidated report.
