AMP HTML, Native App Install, and Flipbook creatives to be deprecated in April
Google this month announced the removal of several creative types in DV360. AMP HTML, Native App Install, and Flipbook creatives will be removed on April 3, 2023.
According to Google, existing creatives will stop serving on May 1, 2023.
AMP HTML creatives were specifically designed to run on AMP webpages. Native App Install creatives include the App install banner, App install interstitial, and App install with video formats.
Google is advising advertisers to replace these creatives with native ads or with custom creatives via Google Web Designer or Ads Creatives Studio.
