HTML5 and image creatives uploaded in DV360 will soon be able to render across sizes on app interstitial inventory while maintaining the aspect ratio of the creative, Google yesterday announced. The feature will roll out in Display & Video 360 over the next few weeks.
Advertisers will have the option to select “Fit to device” or “Don’t scale to fit device-width”. According to Google, the option “Fit to device” enables advertisers to show creatives with better looking and with higher performance.
While previewing the creative, Google says advertisers will also be able to see how it scales in different device widths with the new option to “Fit to device.”
