Deezer introduces Podcasts in Turkey

Deezer today announced it has launched podcasts in Turkey. Deezer says users in Turkey can now access their favorite podcasts in the dedicated “Shows” tab in the app.

Deezer today announced it has launched podcasts in Turkey. Deezer says users in Turkey can now access their favorite podcasts in the dedicated “Shows” tab in the app.

Deezer podcast library includes local and global shows. Users can browse podcasts in over 11 categories and 15 genres, including music, self-help, cooking, history, business news, and talk shows.

“When we launched less than a month ago, we promised our users the largest and most diverse library in the region,” said Tarek Mounir, CEO MENA & Turkey, Deezer. “Today, not only are we growing our music library but we are also including some of Turkey’s favorite podcasts! Our ‘Shows (Sovlar)’ tab opens up a whole new world content. Just like we do with our music, we will continue adding fresh podcasts so that you always have something new to listen to.”

Also this month, Deezer introduced Podcasts in Israel.
