Dentsu this week acquired Davanti Consulting Ltd, a 100% stake. Davanti Consulting is headquartered in Auckland, New Zeland, and it has an office in Australia.
Davanti employs 125 persons and according to Dentsu, is one of New Zealand’s leading digital transformation consultancies. Established in 2007, the company provides solutions through Salesforce Cloud business and technology consulting services for strategic planning and implementation of digital transformation to its clients in New Zealand and Australia.
Following the acquisition, Davanti will be incorporated into Isobar Group and will be rebranded as “Davanti, Linked by Isobar.”
Dentsu says Davanti’s acquisition introduces technology consulting and Salesforce capabilities to the Dentsu Group in New Zealand as well as accelerate the development of Salesforce capabilities within Isobar Australia.
“Davanti’s strong reputation promises to accelerate the growth of Isobar ANZ, and enhance the group’s Salesforce capability – positioning us to capture one of the fastest growing segments in market.”Henry Tajer, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Australia and New Zealand
