Magnite this month announced that FuboTV, a leading sports-first live TV streaming platform, added SpringServe platform to its ad serving stack. Magnite bought SpringServe last year, a suite of ad serving tools serving clients like VIZIO, Univision, Pluto TV, and Tastemade.

According to Magnite, FuboTV will use SpringServe features including Bingewatcher, an automated creative review tool that enables analysis and management of video ad metadata for the creation of optimized ad experiences.

“Building on the success we’ve seen from working with Magnite, we’re excited to expand our relationship to include the SpringServe ad server,” said Lynette Kaylor, SVP, advertising sales, FuboTV. “We are impressed by SpringServe’s differentiated technology and their team’s operational expertise.”

Last quarter, FuboTV registered $22.5 million in ad revenue, and $7.37 of ARPU (Advertising Revenue Per User).
