Google Ads makes Store Visits’ Smart Bidding available for all advertisers

Google this week make Store Visits’ Smart Bidding available for all advertisers in Google Ads. Store Visits is available as a goal for Search and Shopping campaigns.

John Chen, Group Product Manager at Google Ads, wrote that nowadays over 70% of advertisers already use Smart Bidding, but until now advertisers could only optimize for online conversions. With Store Visits’ Smart Bidding, advertisers are now able to optimize on a omnichannel performance.

Google recommends incorporating store visits in the Smart Bidding strategy for select Search and Shopping campaigns.
