Google Ads to accept Lottery-Courier Ads in Arkansas, Montana, New Jersey, and New York

Google Ads this week announced it will begin accepting and running ads for lottery-couriers in Arkansas, Montana, New Jersey, and New York. This represents an expansion of the company's policy, which previously only allowed ads for lottery-related services in a limited number of jurisdictions.

Lottery couriers are businesses that facilitate the purchase and delivery of lottery tickets. They typically partner with licensed lottery retailers to purchase tickets on behalf of customers and then deliver them to the customers' homes or offices.

In order to qualify for advertising on Google Ads, lottery couriers must meet several requirements, including:

Holding a valid state license to operate as a lottery courier.
Agreeing to comply with Google Ads' Gambling and Games Policy.
Submitting an application for certification through Google's Ad Approval system.
