Google launches a beta version of the new Google Ads scripts experience

Google today announced the launch of a new beta version of the new Google Ads scripts experience.

The new new beta version of the new Google Ads scripts experience introduces support for ES6, including let, classes, for..of loops.

Advertisers can opt in on an individual script basis, by open the script and switch on the new scripts experience (Beta). The beta doesn’t support yet manager account scripts or bulk uploads.

Google says existing scripts won’t be affected.

The new beta version of the new Google Ads scripts experience has improved throughput, meaning advertisers can process more entities in the same amount of time. Google removed the entity limits on processing, although time limits remain in place. Advertisers have now more control over setting up and maintaining bidding strategies.
