Google last month announced it will launch a new visual placement for Shopping Ads in the US search results.
According to Google, Shopping Ads display in dedicated ad slots in search results and are labeled as ads.

According to Google, the new placement for Shopping Ads will appear later this year in search results. The new ads contain product descriptions, reviews, and product availability, with no further action required from advertisers.
Shopping Ads are available for advertisers using the Merchant Center in combination with Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads.
