Mark Zagorski, COO, leaves Rubicon Project
Rubicon Project this week announced that the President and Chief Operating Officer, Mark Zagorski, will leave Rubicon Project at the end of this month. Mark Zagorski resigned to pursue a new opportunity.

Rubicon Project this week announced that the President and Chief Operating Officer, Mark Zagorski, will leave Rubicon Project at the end of this month. Mark Zagorski resigned to pursue a new opportunity.
Before the merger between Telaria and Rubicon Project, Mark Zagorski was the Telaria’s CEO. The merger was completed on April 1st, this year.
According to Rubicon, Michael Barret, Rubicon Project’s CEO, will re-assume the President role with general responsibility for the management and control of the operations.
“We thank Mark for the passion and commitment in developing the CTV business that is now a key strategic pillar for our company,” commented Michael Barret. “Thanks to Mark’s leadership, we have a superb CTV operational team that will ensure we continue our leading position in the CTV market.”
Michael Barrett also said that Rubicon Project “experienced positive month-over-month improvement in revenue across the business, most importantly in the area of CTV, as the economy begins to recover.”
Rubicon Project’s guidance was negative for Q2.
