Microsoft Advertising today announced a new open beta for advertisers. The new open beta is for Sponsored Products, a new ad type in the US only that enables manufacturers to boost visibility and drive more traffic for their top products in shopping campaigns.
Advertisers with a product feed can join the Sponsored Products beta here.
Microsoft says with Sponsored Products, clients can achieve better alignment of marketing efforts between manufacturers and retailers. Manufacturers gain access to new reporting and optimization capabilities, while retailers get additional product marketing support with a fair cost split.
