Google this month announced that Unruly and Waze are now directly integrated in DV360. Unruly was already integrated via Bidswitch as sub-exchange, but since last month was integrated directly as main exchange.

Advertisers can activate Unruly, and Waze, on partner settings.

Since last month, users with read & write access at the partner level can enable or disable exchanges, allowing advertisers to control inventory availability across a partner without contacting Display & Video 360 support.
