Google this week announced the update of the Google Partners program, but requirements remain the same. Main updates are a new Google Partners directory, to be launched in February, and a higher incentive for new ad accounts, starting in $500 (up from $100).
Companies with a Google Partners badge need to have a minimum optimization score of 70%, maintain a 90-day ad spend of $10,000 USD across managed accounts, and have a minimum of 50% of users certified in Google Ads.
One of the updates last year was a change from $10,000 USD to $20,000 USD, but Google reverted this update after receiving negative criticism from advertisers.
