In September, Amazon opened a physical store called Amazon 4-star. The Amazon 4-star stores are a new concept: all the products need to fulfill one of these 3 conditions:
- A product that is rated 4 stars and above;
- Is a top Seller;
- Is a new product and trending on Amazon.com.
Prime members pay the Amazon.com price in store.

The first Amazon 4-star, in the address 72 Spring Street, New York, NY 10012, is open from Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and on Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
